Greens are loaded with nutritional value! They are a rich source of iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, vitamins C, K, E and many B vitamins, lutein and small amounts of omega 3 fats. Greens are low carb and packed with fiber. Why pop a pill when you can have more enjoyment eating your vitamins and minerals!

You're right- fresh salads are wonderful! And we need some fat to absorb the nutrients in greens and vegetables, so a light dressing with olive oil actually helps and is better than fat-free.
