A Phone Call A Day...
Living away from home can be difficult. Our mental health can suffer and therefore our physical health suffers as well. Friends and Family are keys to keeping yourself grounded. Everyday, I make a phone call to my Mom. It's usually at the end of the day, when we are both making dinner. We tell each other about everything: how our day was, what's going on, we may even share a countdown till the next time we're together.
During this time of year especially, try to connect with a family member or friend you think needs some contact. Reconnect with loved ones, reaffirm relationships, and reclaim your health. Happy Holidays.
