I am a stay-at-home mother of one and have been homeschooling my daughter for the past four years. I have suffered from sleep apnea since I was a baby and also deal with Chronic Major Depression.
It's one thing to go to bed, it's another thing to go to sleep. Here are a couple of tips that I have found to be helpful. What help you wind down and ready to get some 'shut eye'?
You are right. It is really important to turn off the TV, computer, etc for about an hour before going to sleep. I find reading, meditating, or yoga breathing and body scan helpful in winding down to go to sleep
