I love to cook, but I haven't done much lately since I've spent the last 2 months packing, moving and unpacking. I love to garden too, but my new place is small so I'll have to learn how to do container gardening. My dogs keep me sane and balanced. They are so in rhythm with me, and me with them!

That's good use of imagery, the 'washing away' of the anxiety! Impaired sleep results in many issues that can impact us day to day, so lots of research is being done in this area.
