At a mtg this morning we had healthy fruit from Edible Arrangements rather than pastries and muffins. Hopefully wil lhelp avoid sugar crash later.

Good way to keep blood sugar levels consistent and avoid crashes is to throw in some type of protein like milk, cheese, eggs, peanut butter, nuts or a lean meat source with snacking.
Doing this keeps your appetite satisfied longer and avoids cravings for those sugary goodies.

Good going! Definitely a better option than pastries and muffins. Agree with the comments re: the protein addition. Almonds are good- and lots of vit. E and potassium in them.
