I'm a nineteen year old university student on the Canadian Prairies studying human development and kinesiology and applied health. I plan to enter the fields of occupational therapy and asthma education in the future.

I was diagnosed with asthma when I was seventeen, and have had my share of ups and downs living with crazy lungs.

In my day to day, I almost always have my Bose earbuds in [think they'll pay me to endorse them?] and my iPod on.
I use music as a form of stress relief, whether it's playing guitar, writing a song, or cranking some tunes while I clean my room or having background noise while doing homework. Since I was eleven, music has been my release, and what I'm listening to often matches how I'm feeling, or how I *need* to be feeling -- as in MOTIVATED during a workout!
