It's been a long winter with essentially no spring and rain, rain, and more rain here in New England. I've been anxious to hit the outdoors for those activites that I love, hiking, biking and kayaking but the weather has been such a downer. So in my efforts to do "something", I try to do situps, pushups, run in place or hula hoop during commericals while watching t.v. Every little bit of activity helps to get the heart rate up, expand the lungs and works towards the six pack!
