Inspiring ways to be well.

I am a mama of 2 and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 6 1/2 years. I'm always on the go and often sleep deprived.
I have 2 blogs, work part time, am going to ultrasound school full time, and have to balance my mom role and our home on top of that.
I'm also really interested in health and exercise, love running, and ran my first marathon this last time. Never a dull moment.

These are all good ideas: variation will help reach the small, measurable, attainable goals in your timeframe. Some folks also build in rewards (healthy ones). Whatever works! And if you can find the time with the schedule you have, I'm guessing a few other people might be motivated by your story! Thanks for sharing.
