Reading with Kiddies & Kitties

Well, alright, pretty much everything my kids and I do at home is "with kitties" these days. One of my favorite things to do is read with my kids. Whether we're all in the living room around the pellet stove or snuggled into one of our beds, we love reading to each other and reading independently together. For me, it's the physical contact with my children, the intellectual exercise of appreciating books, and the bond that comes from sharing stories and referencing common themes with one another.
