Set Them and Stick to Them
My way of being well is being a goal setter. A person that lives his life without a goal ends up going in circles. Goals help me live each day withing my limitations with enjoymnet and reach for new and healthier ways to be well. I enjoy taking care of my mind and body and spend tiime on goals that will hellp me to stay and remain well. The greates of all though is to be healthy spiritually and to have good friends.
Thank you for your comment about goal setting. It helps one to stay organized, and feel good when they are accomplished. A stretch is good, but it is also important to set goals that are realistic to avoid feeling like you failed.
You may want to consider taking a mindfulness course if you have not already done so. Activities , such as yoga and meditation, as well a mindfulness course can quiet the mind. and help us be more reflective and thoughtful.
