Sleep Mask

A sleep mask is very helpful in getting to sleep. I honestly didn't even realize it until my 4 year old received one aong with a sleeping bag and a night light for Christmas last year. She would wear it around the house (as if she was blind), bumping into walls and people and cracking herself up. BUT, one night when she couldn't sleep jokingly suggested that she find her mask and put it on. Little did I know that she'd be asleep in less than 5 minutes. Time and time again, we've turned to that sleep mask to help her sleep and it works! Plus, she loves wearing it.

So try it, if you're having trouble falling asleep. It blocks out a little bit more light and just might be exactly what you need.
