Great insight! So simple but most of us make dealing with our stress or situation worse by just being reactive. When you step back and take stock of a situation it is so much easier to accept it for what it is, knowing certain things can sometimes be out of our control. For myself the struggle with this has become easier over time. As a result I have more energy, I'm more laid back and spend much less time apologizing for saying things out of anger. I also have found sometimes a situation smooths itself out on it's own saving myself from unecessary stress. It really is liberating!
