Teach to stay consistent
The best way I can think of to stick to consistent exercise is to volunteer to teach or train others. I volunteer as a yoga instructor at local churches and with veterans. Nothing keeps me more consistent because there are people expecting me to show up every week. You don't have to be a cert trainer; you can volunteer to walk with elderly daily, volunteer at a local boys and girls club doing an activity you enjoy with the kids, etc... you don't have to be an expert, just willing and available. You are also just spending your exercise time with others. So, you don't have to take extra time. You help yourself while helping others.
