Do you ever feel like your mind is spinning on Sunday night before a busy week? I have this every week! The best method I have found to combat this is to keep a notepad and pen on my nightstand and make notes right before I go to bed so my mind stops racing.

By making this To-Do List I am able to sleep and feel prepared for the week.
