Hi! I'm Stacey Shipman the founder of Feel Good Living. As a speaker, spokesperson and personal guide, I provide inspiration and experiences so you can relieve stress, boost confidence and feel good about yourself.

My personal life and professional life are very integrated. I love to be active. Hiking, biking, practicing yoga, and traveling - are a few of my favorites. I also know how important it is to just relax. I love to read, cook (yes, I find cooking relaxing!), head to the beach, work on jigsaw puzzles or just hang in the backyard with my husband and our two cats - Mr. Bob and Habibi.

Have you ever stopped mid-stress and thought "what am I so stressed about!?" In this video I share a recent experience with frustration and how I managed to overcome it. It's not easy or intuitive, but it worked.
